First Time Students

When should I arrive?

First time students should arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins. Please be on time!


What should I bring with me?

• Proper workout clothes: wear something light and fitted such as shorts, swimwear, sports bra. Avoid sweats, long pants and heavy T-shirts as the room is heated and you will sweat!

• A yoga mat, 1 large towel and water. *

• An open mind and a positive attitude.

How should I prepare physically for class?

• Come on an empty stomach. It is recommended to eat your last meal at least 2 to 3 hours before class.

• Avoid any sort of caffeine, such as pop, coffee, tea or alcohol since hydration is key.

• Drink plenty of fresh water 24 hours before class to ensure you are properly hydrated.
